Shoefie will gladly exchange shoes within 10days of receipt. All items must be in original condition and proof of purchase to be retained. We do not do refunds however,items can be exchanged. Should there be a manufacturer default, special arrangements will be made.

Shoefie customers will be able to track their items. You will receive an email with your confirmation and tracking number.
We use Fastway to courier or the local post office if you fall under an outlying area. Standard shipping is free and outlying areas will be charged accordingly.
Our parcels are sent from our offices in Durban.
Delivery time: Local (KZN) orders take 3-4 days and Cape Town/JHB -4-5days. These days are based on working days
